Description

Collaborate and compete in facilitated Lego-building challenges using your own bricks. Join in-office, remotely, or in a hybrid format with on-site and Zoom participants. Build to specific prompts and constraints. Challenge Examples Include:

  • Zoo Creation Challenge: each participant constructs their own unique animal to populate a shared zoo scene, ensuring no two animals are identical
  • Synchronized Structure Building: all team members build the identical structure using a minimum of fifty blocks and five different colors; judging considers accuracy of replication and creativity quality
  • Tower Height Competition: teams race to construct the tallest tower possible
  • Self-Portrait Recreation: participants create likenesses of themselves using Lego bricks

Event Process:

  • Upon booking, we collect office addresses and remote participant locations to arrange Lego set shipments to all participants
  • Each event features one professional facilitator who maintains high energy levels, keeps the event paced appropriately, and encourages continuous laughter and engagement
  • Participants are divided into competitive mini-teams competing against other teams within the larger group; time is split between small team challenges and full group activities
