Description
Practice listening, empathy, flexibility, psychological safety and creative thinking through improv exercises informed by team and behavioral science.
Led by an experienced facilitator, the workshop alternates between guided exercises and group reflection time, allowing participants to process what they are learning and translate it into concrete changes in how they work together. Sessions can be delivered in-person or online, with a one-hour follow-up debrief included.
