Incorporating elements of Gyrotonics, yoga, and dance technique, performed seated on a chair or stool, this class will help students mobilize the spine, improve posture, engage the core, and relieve tension throughout the body. This 30-minute low-impact class is safe and suitable for movers of all levels. You'll also learn simple and effective exercises to sprinkle into your workday, keeping your body in tune while counteracting the common "tech neck" and "office slump".

After you book the event, we will send you a confirmation email and details for the event.
For events with materials, we will then collect the addresses of each of the participants and ensure every individual is sent a kit.
Our event fulfillment team will be able to answer any questions you have before, during, or after the event.
You can customize your event for a $300 customization fee. Customizations include things like combining different games, requesting specific questions or a themed game, or adding something to an event with materials included. Using a different platform that is not Zoom is not a customization.
