Description
Learn how to use a wood-burning tool and use different nibs to create a variety of wood-burned effects in your designs. Our instructor will show you how to prepare the wood, transfer the design, work with the different nibs to create the artwork, add lettering to enhance the piece, and use watercolor and colored pencils to finish your masterpiece.
We'll begin by doing a series of exercises to get you familiar with the burner and nibs and the different marks they can make. Once you're comfortable with the tools, we'll start working on your chosen design and go over any troubleshooting that might arise. At the end, we'll show you how to finish and care for your piece.
What is included:

- We will then collect the addresses of each of the participants and ensure every individual is sent a wood-burning kit
- Our event fulfillment team will be able to answer any questions you have before, during, or after the event
- All materials shipped to participants, including:
- Wood, including a practice piece
- Gloss
- Selection of paint colors
- Wood burning tool (burner and nibs)
- Wood options include natural tree slices, a carving block with which you can insert pictures, natural wood coasters, and more based on availability.
Supported Platforms: Zoom is our recommended platform, but we can accommodate Google Meets, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx if the client provides the meeting details
Pricing
- $850 for up to 10 people
- $85 per person thereafter
- If you don't know your group size, select the minimum group size (10) to pay the minimum deposit and secure your date. We'll finalize your payment when you've finalized your headcount
