How it Works
Description
Join our chef to make pasta from scratch!
Your group will mix and knead a classic pasta dough, hand-shape pappardelle pasta, and create a marinara and pesto sauce from scratch. At the end, your group will enjoy delicious handmade pasta.
What's Included:
- A private, interactive workshop led by a professional chef and instructor
- Access to our event fulfillment team
- After you book the event, we will send you a confirmation email and Zoom details for the event
- We will then collect the addresses of each of the participants and ensure every individual is sent a pasta kit
- Our event fulfillment team will be able to answer any questions you have before, during, or after the event
- All ingredients shipped to each participant, including:
- Olive oil
- Flour
- Garlic
- Pine nuts
- Crushed tomatoes
- A gift card for your participants to purchase their preferred perishable ingredients (butter, cheese, herbs)
- Gluten-Free Option: This event accommodates gluten-free requests - ask our event team for the recommended gluten-free flour. Gluten-free participants are responsible for acquiring the flour.

- Rolling pin or pasta machine
- Baking sheet
- Large pot for cooking pasta
- Colander or spider strainer
- Knife, fork, wooden spoon
- Cutting board
- Saucepan
Supported Platforms: Zoom is our recommended platform, but we can accommodate Google Meets, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx if the client provides the meeting details
Pricing
- $1200 for up to 10 people
- $120 per person thereafter
- If you don't know your group size, select the minimum group size (10) to pay the minimum deposit and secure your date. We'll finalize your payment when you've finalized your headcount

Rescheduled events must occur within 1 year of the original event. There are no cancellations for events with materials once materials have been shipped.
