Master the Italian art of making ravioli filled with mushrooms and scented with truffle oil in this fun, hands-on class. The recipe makes about 35 delicious raviolis.

  • Additional Ingredients Needed:
    • 2/3 cup ricotta (6 oz)
    • 1/2 cup grated parmesan, plus extra for garnishing
    • 1 small shallot
    • 2 garlic cloves
