How it Works
Description
¡Tapeamos! Take a virtual hour-and-a-half trip to Spain in your own kitchen. Guided by a professional chef, your group will cook three classic shareable small plates. Feel free to ask questions along the way and get real-time feedback:

- Garlic Shrimp
- Patatas Bravas
- Roasted Cauliflower
- Paprika Aioli (to enjoy with Cauliflower and the Patatas)
Participants will need the following:
- Oven
- Chef's knife
- Cutting board
- Cast iron or other oven-safe pans
- Medium-sized bowl
- Vegetable peeler
- Deep-sided saucepan to use as a fryer
- Spider or slotted spoon
- Paper towels
- Cookie sheet/baking tray
Pricing
- $420 for up to 10 people (includes cost of host/instructor only)
- $20 per person thereafter

The event was great. Very fast paced but I think that was due to the menu we chose which included lots of sauces in addition to the main dishes. Recipes were delicious!
