Join us for a team-building event like no other, where you'll huddle with your group and compete in a series of fun and silly challenges using props provided by CourseHorse. Laugh, bond, and go for gold as you race against the clock and engage in activities like type-racing, Family Feud-style challenges, building marshmallow towers, creating balloon animals, and even playing the harmonica.

Huddle together with a team and complete creative challenges with props provided by CourseHorse!
This event is a series of team-based, fun, hands-on, and generally silly competitions that will get your group laughing as they compete for gold.
What your group will do:
- Our facilitator will welcome the group, go over the rules of the game, and start the event with high energy
- Groups will engage in silly challenges, such as:
- Type-racing
- Family Feud-style challenges
- Racing to build the tallest marshmallow towers
- Creating balloon animals
- Playing harmonicas
- The event will last 75 minutes
- Half of the time will be spent in the mini-teams of 4-5 in breakout rooms, and the other half will be spent with the whole group together. This can be done 100% virtual or hybrid virtual/in-person
What is included:
- Entertaining & engaging host to facilitate a smooth, fun, and unique experience
- Game platform with interactive elements and scorecard for participants
- Access to our event fulfillment team
- After you book the event, we will send you a confirmation email and Zoom details for the event
- We will then collect the addresses of each of the participants and ensure every individual is sent a kit of props
- Our event fulfillment team will be able to answer any questions you have before, during, or after the event
- All materials shipped to participants, including:
- Marshmallows
- Toothpicks
- Medals (Bronze, Silver, Gold)
- Harmonica
- Tape Measure
Supported Platforms: Zoom is our recommended platform, but we can accommodate Google Meets, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx if the client provides the meeting details.
Pricing
- $65 per person, minimum $650
- For customization, there is a $150 charge & we'll connect you with an expert to cater to your groups needs.
If you are not sure of your group size, pay the minimum (10 people for $650) as a deposit at checkout & we'll finalize your payment when you've finalized your head count!

Rescheduled events must occur within 1 year of the original event. There are no cancellations for events with materials once materials have been shipped.

Our crew LOVED participating in the Virtual Office Olympics. We created our own team names and enjoyed watching everyone compete for the gold!
