How it Works
Description
Join us virtually while we cook up some French bistro favorites. We’ll pan-sear and then roast, your favorite part of the chicken (Breast? Sure! Thigh? Absolutely!) using a technique that is standard fare in restaurants. Then we’ll dice and roast potatoes with rosemary and garlic, in a classically delicious preparation. Finally, we’ll use the summer’s vegetable bounty and make a Provençal ratatouille. Bon appetit!

Additional Event Services:
- Customize the event/menu for an additional $150. Indicate you'd like to customize your event in the Special Requests section on the booking page and we will follow up to connect you to the instructor and collect payment.
What will be included in my private virtual class?
You will receive a link to your group's live, online class. The class will be delivered via web conferencing software and feature a live, professional instructor who will walk you through a lesson as described above.
Ingredients are not included in the price of the ticket. We can also help facilitate shipping of these ingredients for a fee if you'd like!
Will I need anything from home to use in the class?
You will need a reliable Internet connection as well as a computer or device with which you can access your virtual class. We recommend you arrive to class 5-10 minutes early to ensure you're able to set up your device and connection.
Am I able to ask questions or interact with the class?
Yes, this is a private event just for your group so you will be able to interact and chat throughout the session with the instructor and others.
