Description
Roll up your sleeves and dust off your rolling pins for this 2-hour class. We'll make our flaky butter crust, beef (or veggie protein) and vegetable-filling, and then we'll roll the dough and shape the empanadas.
While they bake, we'll cap the class off with a margarita and cheers!

- All-purpose flour (For Gluten-Free participants, please use gluten-free flour)
- Salt
- Cooking oil
- Bay leaf, oregano, paprika
- Tomato paste
- Stock or water
- Unsalted butter
- Egg
- Ground beef, chicken, or plant-based meat
- Yellow onion
- Red pepper
- Garlic
- Cilantro
- Scallions
- 2 oz. tequila
- 1 oz. orange liqueur (such as Cointreau, Triple Sec, or Grand Marnier)
- Limes
- Simple syrup or agave syrup, optional
- Coarse sea salt
- Ice

- Ring cutter OR small plate or bowl and paring knife

- $20 per person thereafter
- If you don't know your group size, select "I don't know" in the group size field to pay the minimum deposit and secure your date. We'll finalize your payment when you've finalized your headcount
