Class was real good had fun groups then split up for just you and your partner, i will say you dont make the filling just an fyi, and all steps/ingredients sent via email after the class it was a fun experience will be signing up for more

I cannot express how much I loved this class! The instructor was THE BEST and her assistant was just as amazing!

Tommaso, the chef, was good. My issue is with Course Horse. This class was listed under the vegan options on Course Horse, but I found out that was not the case for at least two other participants on whichever site they used. As a result, cheese was added to my finished dish. I thought maybe it was plant-based, but it was not. Gnocchi is a vegan dish, but when it's advertised in a vegan class, why is dairy-based cheese an ingredient. I ended up giving my dish to a homeless woman because I couldn't eat it. Tommaso was gracious and said that if he knew I was vegan, that wouldn't have happened and he offered to make another dish so I would not be the only person who did not eat, but I declined, bothered by why it was listed under "vegan" without the chef knowing. As a participant signing up for a vegan class, I shouldn't have to announce I'm vegan.

Chef Jimi was good. My issue, again, is with Course Horse. This class was listed under the vegan options, but I found out from Jimi after the class that he did not advertise his class as vegan. Eggs were a main ingredient for the pasta, as well as butter for the sauce. Jimi said that if he knew I was vegan, there was a way to make the pasta without eggs. I had no idea "egg pasta" could be made without eggs. But again, as a participant signing up for a vegan class, I shouldn't have to announce I'm vegan. So when the class proceeds with eggs, clearly Course Horse has struck again, leaving me as the odd man out. After class, Jimi was nice enough to tell me what steps would be needed to make it vegan, but I wish I got to do that during the class. So I guess going forward, if I ever sign up for another vegan class, I'll have to say, "I'm vegan, is this vegan class also vegan", smh. Once again I didn't eat my prepared meal.

The instructor made the learning experience so fun and wonderful.

The location was nice and spacious & the paella we prepared was delicious! It was a bigger class than expected but we enjoyed it a lot!

Gifted my wife this class for her birthday and we both had a great time. Chef Vic was very personable, informative, and fun. He not only gave instructions clearly and easy to understand, he also explained why each step was important. We definitely would love to take another class!

Really nice class as i booked it for myself only. I was invited and placed with a family of 5 that was so nice. Learn how to make pasta with no machines but use your hands and correct tools, the really Italian way. I didn't realize that machines can heat up your ingredients for your sources and can ruin them.
I am here in town for 6 months and wanted to do something over the weekend and these classes works for me and can for you too!

I went there by myself and was welcomed by all. Class mates were all nice and friendly to talk too so, just get out and talk to them. We are all trying to learn something new together and why not corktail drinks!
Teacher was great, and wanted us to really understand how good drinks are made and some wrong ways to avoid!

The instructor was great honestly. She was super helpful, friendly, and inclusive of everyone. I think my only complaint with the experience was that the cooking class was not held in a kitchen and the class was not as communal as I would have expected or liked. I would recommend the experience to a friend though.

I really enjoyed the class ! It was very organized and clean! I even got amazing advice from the tutor!
The reason I'm not giving 5, is just because I wish our group had more material on our table because we had more participants than the others! Also, I wish to know the recipe of some of those feelings we had!

The teacher was very informative with his instructions. And came to every table to help. He also gave us the recipe at the end of the class
