What you'll learn in this aerial class:

Sky Yoga classes use aerial hammocks to achieve weightlessness, spinal decompression, gentle stretching, and core stabilization. Allow the sensation of flight to bring playfulness and freedom to your yoga practice. Decompress and elongate your spine through weightless inversions. Go deeper into stretches and traditional yoga poses with the support of the hammock. Build strength and confidence on the aerial fabrics as you turn your yoga practice upside down. Finally, let the gentle swinging of the hammock relax your mind and release your daily stress.
