Thank you again for all of your help setting up and coordinating our event! Everyone had a lot of fun baking pies, and Eve was a fantastic teacher. We definitely have other courses we'd like to try in mind and will be in touch.

The event was great! The team had an awesome time learning to bake a pie - a first for a lot of folks. It was fun to see everyone improvise and add their personal touches to their pies. The recipe and notes provided were super useful to follow along or to catch up for folks that joined late. Eve was amazing!

The class was very well-organized. Eve was able to trouble-shoot along the way as well as check-in with each student during the various steps. It helps to have your ingredients pre-measured in order to keep up with the pace of the class. My croissants turned out beautifully!
