You'll start by learning how to handle and prepare tuna or shrimp with care and precision. Next, create perfectly seasoned sushi rice to serve as the foundation of your bowl. Mix up a tangy sauce using soy sauce and yuzu juice, then layer the rice with crisp mesclun greens and your chosen protein. Complete the dish with a generous drizzle of your homemade sauce and enjoy the fresh, balanced result.

    • Includes your choice of tuna or shrimp, paired with sushi rice, mesclun greens, and finished with a soy sauce and yuzu juice dressing.

Refund Policy

Life happens, and sometimes plans change. 

You can cancel and get a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled class unless otherwise noted. 

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled class, you will be billed the full amount for the class. 

This policy is maintained in order to honor the time spent and ingredients/supplies purchased by the class host.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
