Discover how simple and enjoyable it is to make fresh pasta from scratch in this hands-on session with Chef Lavonda.

You'll start by preparing traditional pasta dough using a mix of flour, eggs, olive oil, and salt. Learn how to knead, roll, and slice your dough into delicate fettuccine noodles. While the pasta cooks, you’ll simmer a homemade marinara sauce with tomatoes, garlic, basil, and olive oil until fragrant and flavorful. Toss the pasta in your sauce and top with fresh herbs before enjoying the delicious results of your hard work.

  • Handmade Fettuccine Pasta
    • Crafted from a simple combination of flour, eggs, olive oil, and salt, then rolled and sliced by hand.
  • Fresh Marinara Sauce
    • A house-made blend of tomatoes, garlic, basil, and olive oil, simmered to perfection for a classic finish.

Most dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice. Please include any relevant details when submitting your booking request, as recipes cannot be altered during the session.

Refund Policy

Life happens, and sometimes plans change. 

You can cancel and get a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled class unless otherwise noted. 

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled class, you will be billed the full amount for the class. 

This policy is maintained in order to honor the time spent and ingredients/supplies purchased by the class host.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
