Class Description

Description

Date Nights are designed for you and your guest to make one rug TOGETHER and include a pizza and a bottle of wine for you to share and enjoy during the workshop.

Halloween, celebrated on October 31st, evolved from the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain, which marked the end of summer and the harvest, and was believed to be a time when the veil between the living and dead was thinnest. Celebrate this time of year and up your own Halloween decoration game by creating your own macabre Tufted Rug piece.

In our class, you will learn the techniques to create your own custom wall rug. This workshop is designed for beginners but will be just as fun for those with previous tufting experience, who may wish to explore more advanced techniques.

Got a favorite horror movie you’d like to immortalize? A pumpkin…a skull…a drawing of your favorite monster? We’ll help you bring your design to fruition with the expert advice of our guides.

Skill Level: Beginner — no previous experience is required.

What You’ll Be Making: A morbid realization of your darkest Rug tufting fantasies.

What You’ll Be Doing: Learn the ins and outs of Rug tufting while designing and creating your own tufted rug piece in the theme of every little ghouls favorite season, Halloween!
