Refunds: Classroom Training

Once the CP downloadable study material is shared with the students, the refund policy will be void on the enrollment. 

Certification Planner reserves the right to postpone, cancel the training or change the location in various circumstances like insufficient enrollments, unavailability of instructor due to health issue or other force majeure events like earthquakes, floods, political instability, etc.

Under which conditions can the refund be initiated?

• If participants cancel the enrollment minimum 15 days prior to the training start date, CP will refund enrollment fees after deducting 10% of total paid fees.
• In case Certification Planner cancels the training session because of any reason, we give a 100% refund to the candidate.
• If a candidate withdraws the registration within 15 days or less of the training scheduled date, in such situation candidate will not be eligible for any refund.

Who can claim 100% money back?

In case, the participant does not clear the certification exam, they get a refund for the remaining amount after deducting the re-examination fees.

To apply for 100% money back, applicants need to appear for the examination within a certain number of days. 

If a participant doesn’t clear the examination in the 1st attempt; they can apply for a refund for the re-examination fees. The participant needs to take the re-exam within the time spectrum mention above from the 1st attempt result.

Even if the applicant does not clear the exam in the 2nd attempt; they can appear for re-exam within the time spectrum mentioned above from 2nd attempt result without paying any fees.

However, if the applicant is not able to clear the exam in the 3rd attempt, applicants get the refund of the balance of enrollment fees paid during enrollment for the course. An exception is in the case of Lean Six Sigma (In-House examination) where the participant can reschedule the examination.

The applicant needs to submit their scorecards of all three attempts in order to claim a refund for the course fee.

Refunds: Online Training

We share our course material with participants to review and confirm their enrollment. The courseware comes with 7 days money back assurance and the guarantee voids in the following circumferences:

• After accessing more than 30% of the content
• No refund requests after 7 days of enrollment
• All refund requests need to be sent us through email at [email protected]

Note: 7-days Money Back Guarantee is valid for PgMP Self Learning.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
