Description
Join Chef Amal in this hands-on cooking class where you'll learn to create delicate, homemade macarons that are perfect for enjoying or gifting. You’ll start by making a smooth macaron batter with egg whites, powdered sugar, and almond powder. Chef Amal will guide you through the steps to achieve the ideal texture, creating a shiny, smooth batter that will form the perfect shells. Next, practice your piping skills as you prepare each macaron shell. While the shells bake, you’ll prepare two types of ganache, using white chocolate and raspberry with heavy cream. Once everything is ready, you’ll assemble your macarons and indulge in a sweet treat!
