Since the making of Macarons tends to be a little difficult sometimes it’s nice to hear tricks of the trade from folks who have made them and how to avoid mistakes that prevent you from making a perfect macaron. I’ve made several batches since to work on perfecting the process. Would definitely take another class again. -
