Stefan is an Agile coach and practitioner with more than 15 years experience in Agile product development. Stefan works with product groups and startups like Trademob, Daily Deal and Wooga to to be more successful using Agile principles and practices. Stefan’s trainings are highly practical and an opportunity to collaboratively share, learn and network. As an independent agile coach Catherine works with startups and product groups in high tech firms who aim to become more effective in implementing their vision, more open for change and more focused on creating value under conditions of high uncertainty while growing their teams. As a trainer, she is focused on agile product management and leadership practices--the two mission critical skills any product group needs. A common theme in her work is cultural change to enable innovation and to find better ways to deal with socio-technical complexity.
