Ariel Bright

Teaches at Ariel Bright Fitness

Ariel has developed her skills as a Personal Trainer, and boot camp coach by specializing in functional exercise, strength training, sport specific training, and circuit training.
 
Ariel has been committed to a lifestyle of sport and fitness since the age of 5.  Following her career as a Division 1 collegiate athlete, Ariel looked to continue her love of fitness through personal training and boot camp instructing, obtaining her certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is also a Fitness Nutrition Specialist through NASM.
 
She is excited to channel her experience, knowledge, and motivational energy into helping her clients achieve their goals and enjoy living a healthy lifestyle. Ariel brings enthusiasm, positivity and expertise to each session with her clients; she encourages them to reach their full potential, and truly enjoy fitness.
 
Ariel is well versed in working with a wide range of clients from advanced athletes, to weekend warriors, to those looking to train for the first time. She enjoys meeting each client at whatever level of fitness they are at and having some fun steering them towards their goals.  Ariel is passionate about unleashing each client’s “inner beast,” in a safe, effective, and inspirational environment.
 
With free time Ariel enjoys an active lifestyle filled with CrossFit, soccer, triathlons and hiking.  Before becoming a personal trainer Ariel received her Masters from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, and now concentrates her skills supporting clients to live a balanced life.

    This class was a total body workout! It was challenging, but fun. Ariel provides great instruction, motivation, and support. I cant wait to come back! The other bootcampers also made grinding through hard work enjoyable!

    I love going to bootcamp because the group energy is positive and uplifting and we have a good time. Plus, the workout is always great!! What I love most about boot camp is using body weight and plyometrics to workout as opposed to weights. It's amazing whta you can do with a mat, your body, and a tabata song! Thanks so much Ariel for helping me improve my fitness. I've been an athlete all my life but it seems like in my later years, I need others to workout with to keep me motivated--your class has provided me with just that!
