Dash was an excellent instructor and the class was really great. Dash walked us through the different types of knives & cutting techniques, as well as knife safety. He was extremely personable and answered every question knowledgeably. Even though it was a virtual class it was very easy to see what he was doing and his work space because of his camera set up. I loved that he gave us a few ideas on how to use the different vegetables that we just cut up for class. I would definitely be interested in taking additional classes in the future. -

Enjoyed this class. Wish he would do more with classes with using all kinds of kitchen knives. There are so many different kinds. I would sure like to understand how to use all of them. -

It was exactly what I was looking for. The instructor was extremely personable and knowledgeable. I enjoyed it very much. My only problem was my inexperience with Zoom. I couldn't seem to enlarge his picture which made it difficult to see his knife cuts clearly. this is not a criticism of the class or teacher. I will definitely do some research on Zoom before I sign up for another class. -

Dash's class was awesome. Who knew there were so many different ways to cut an onion? Or an easier way to julienne carrots? He made learning fun and interactive. Time well spent! -

Dash was great! His video set up made it easy to follow along and for him to demo the cuts he was teaching. Very casual and well-paced. I do wish I had done some of the prep ahead of time (peeling potatoes, for instance) just to save that time to learn more cuts but I feel like a much more competent prep cook now! -

We really enjoyed the class. As Dash said, there are a lot of good home cooks who have never learned professional knife skills. This was a good beginner level course and we both learned some tricks and skills. Dash is a very good presenter, clear and articulate.. We can recommend the course. Nice job Dash!
