Cancellation & Refunds: Classroom Training
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the training session, or change the training location due to insufficient enrollments, instructor sickness, or other force majeure events like floods, political instability, earthquakes, etc. If Exam Prep Pro Training cancels any training session, we provide 100% refund to the participants.
If participants cancel the registration before 8 days or more to the training session, we will deduct 10% of total paid fees and refund the remaining amount to them. If a participant cancels the registration within 8 days or less of the scheduled date for the training, no refunds will be made.
