Sensual Self-Care 101 Workshop

Learn all about your body, pleasure and how tap into your Sensual Self with our Sensual Self-Care 101 Workshop!

In this 2-hour class, you'll learn ways to release sexual shame, get tips for how to incorporate sensual pleasure into your self-care routine, learn proper anatomical names and functions for your pleasure centers, build your own orgasm, and more!

Five Things You Need to Know About The Class:

1. Class sizes are small and cover sexual wellness, female anatomy, and sensual self-care activities to help nourish your Sensual Self. 
2. We are committed to ensuring our classes are inclusive for all students wishing to learn; however, this class is intended for women only and all participants must be 18+!
3. Doors will open 30 minutes before class begins and class will begin promptly at the time listed on your ticket. Class lasts for 90 minutes and there will be time for Q&A and 1:1 consultations after class.
4. Curriculum is fun, educational and interactive! Come dressed in comfortable attire and ready to learn. 

Each participant receives a sensual self-care package filled with tools and gifts for developing your own sensual self-care routine at home.
