What you'll learn in this kids gymnastics class:

A 1.5 hour introduction to the very basic fundamentals of parkour for children ages 9-14. We'll cover the basics of jumping and landing, rolling, and some vaulting so that kids can get started safely in our Parkour for Kids program and our Youth Parkour program! This class is a prerequisite for all our other Parkour classes. Ages 9-14.
