What you'll learn in this tai chi class:

This class begins with 30 minutes of Qigong. Qigong is an ancient healing art that consists of a series of movements preformed in a slow moving and/or non-moving focused meditation for reducing stress, improving physical health, strength, focus and balance as well as improving emotions, and opening the heart. This practice is suitable for all levels and all abilities. Followed by 30 minutes of Tai Chi Practice – based on the practice designed by Roger Jahnke of the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi.

When you cultivate balance and harmony within yourself, or in the world that is Tai Chi. When you work and play with the essences of energy and light, nature and the Universe for healing, clarity and inner peace… that is Qigong” Jahnke

Qi is “life Force”, the essence of nature itself that nourishes and energizes all living things.
