Exploring Peruvian Cuisine Cooking

Overall I loved the demonstration however calling it a cooking class seems a little bit ambitious as we did not really learn how to prepare the dishes, perhaps calling it a cooking demonstration would be more fitting. The food was delicious and we had a great time however if you were looking for a hands-on cooking class that will leave you capable of recreating the dishes you sampled this is not it.

The venue and the instructor were great. I learned so much about the specific recipes and about many of the unusual ingredients.

Overall it was a great class my only wish was that the students would have been able to participate in some of the cooking
