RAMCO Software Training's mission is to make people more productive through training. Our goals are to be:

• the preferred provider of training and training materials for our customers,
• partners with our customers in delivering their training,
• the recognized leading supplier of premium quality courseware for personal computing

Philosophy

We believe that for business computer training to be relevant on the job, the student must not only be exposed to the keystrokes, but when confronted with a problem, be able to apply the appropriate rule, method, or principle without having to be shown how. How can this be accomplished? One technique we use is to focus on concepts, not just on keystrokes.

Training Services

Online Training Classes - RAMCO Live Online training offers a unique platform for class delivery. The virtual classroom interface is very user friendly and allows interaction with the instructor and other students similar to the experience of classroom training.

Public Training Classes - We offer regularly scheduled classes for individual students on a wide variety of software applications focusing on the Microsoft Office system. Ongoing classes are held in our computer training center in Renton, as well as on-demand locations in Seattle and Tacoma.

Private Training Classes - When you have a group of students who need computer training in the same course, we can come to your site or conduct your class at our computer training center in Renton, as well as on-demand locations in Seattle and Tacoma.
