What you'll learn in this self improvement class:

We know honesty is at the heart of strong work relationships but why is it so hard to say what we need to say? How we can be real in a way that fosters rather than breaks trust?

I take inspiration from Radical Candor — an approach to communication and leadership inspired by former Google executive Kim Scott (who I had the chance to interview!) that sits at the intersection of kindness and no bull shit.

Building off the principles of Radical Candor, we’ll share a simple yet powerful framework, memorable soulful stories and practical learnings for being radically honest with your co-workers and clients -- whether it’s giving hard-to-hear feedback, increasing your bill rates, sharing bad news or disagreeing with a strategy -- in a way that grows your relationships and bottom line.

Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is for people who want to develop one of the most critical skills for teamwork and leadership: radical honesty

With all my workshops, I aspire to create a safe, vulnerable, and creative space where you can build practical emotional skills, tools and practices to:
  • Give and receive tough-to-hear feedback, opinions and news
  • Be clear on your needs, ask for what you want
School Notes:
For students enrolling in 12 week part time and immersive classes, it is not recommended that you book more than one class simultaneously.
