What you'll learn in this meditation class:

When you decide that Tibetan Buddhism is your spiritual path, it is time to take Refuge. We strongly recommend that you take this class before taking the Refuge ceremony. 

In this class, you will learn the true meaning of Refuge and the Three Jewels. The Refuge Ceremony will be explained so you can understand the meaning and relevance of the ceremony to you. H.E. Khöndung Avikrita Sakya Rinpoche will bestow Refuge on February 12th.
