What you'll learn in this meditation class:

This is our regular weekly community meeting. All are welcome!
Sangha Night starts with a 30 minute meditation.The remainder of the evening will change, depending on the week. While sometimes there are variations, the typical schedule is:
First Sundays offer a puja, a devotional practice that is intended to engage our emotions, not just our intellect.
Second Sundays focus on meditation. There may be instruction, guided meditations, discussion about meditation, and/or additional time to meditate.
Third, Fourth, Fifth (if there is one) Sundays focus on a dharma topic, with a short talk and time for discussion.
