What you'll learn in this culinary (meals) class:

Simple but delicious -- that's the goal! Is you want to cook more - but more tasty - meals, but don't want to pour though a recipes book or go too far beyond your seasonal pantry? Then one of the best places to turn to is Ottolenghi's cookbook, simple. His recipes seem to hit the perfect balance between relatively (but not too) simple, yet full of great flavors and aromas that come with the right fresh and pantry ingredient combinations. Every recipe in this book could become and household go-to.

Chef Gina's menu for the evening:

  • Hot Charred Cherry Tomatoes with Cold Yogurt
  • Fettuccine with Spiced Cherry Tomatoes, Shrimp and Corn Fritters
  • Avocado and Gem Lettuce Salad with Fridge-Raid Dressing
  • Sumac Roasted Strawberries with Yogurt Cream

You will enjoy the foods created in class, plus appetizers, wine and lots of good conversation.
