Description
Founded in 1996 by Kent Bond, Willow Glen Yoga is a community-based
studio dedicated to creating a safe haven for both the novice and the
experienced practitioner in the effort of cultivating health and ease in the body and mind. The focus of the studio is on fitting the practice to the student, not the student to the practice.
“I have the typical triathlete’s issues. Tight shoulders, hips, quads and hamstrings, the last of which are often painful. I regularly get sports massage and chiropractic treatment, but NOTHING works like yoga, and Willow Glen Yoga’s instructors are uniformly high-quality, with instruction/correction targeted to my problem areas.” – A. Rubin
“I enjoy having a single studio where I can study with talented teachers from a variety of backgrounds in order to broaden my experience
and abilities” – Leslie S.
“As a beginning yoga student , I always felt welcomed and supported at Willow Glen Yoga. Many years later (though still a beginner), I am inspired and encouraged by my yoga family.” – Frosty K.
“The most important purpose of yoga is to bring about a deep transformation of the individual an awakening of intelligence that is free of dependencies and romantic beliefs ready to meet the challenges of the 21st century.” Ganga White
