In 2014, Vision Martial Arts was formed. It is our “VISION” to enhance life by training our students in becoming better members of the community. Our students achieve this because of greater confidence and self discipline.
At VISION MARTIAL ARTS, we achieve this by working to develop our student’s four states of health: Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual. It is our intention to assist our students in improving their physical strength, flexibility and co ordination.
Our students are active and excel in sports. We balance appropriate strength training with cardio. Our studio is unique in that students consistently are able to practice their techniques on their own or shared heavy bags. Today, one of the greatest threats to our children is obesity and poor health. At VISION Martial Arts, our curriculum and staff promote a healthy lifestyle.
