What you'll learn in this wine tasting class:

Flying at 10,000 feet, we will look for global patterns on our tour of the world by glass. In this class, we explore ripe wines from warm climates. We'll explore the highlights of Southern France, Southern Italy, Southern Spain, Portugal, Greece, Washington, South America, Australia and South Africa.

Our guided tasting of 6-8 classic regional wines will focus on New World vs Old World and traditional examples of Grenache, Syrah, Malbec, Cabernet and Zinfandel.
