Tim J. Luddy is a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher (with RYT 500, E-RYT 200, and YACEP certifications). Tim teaches classes in Wall Ropes, Yoga for Stiff Bodies, as well as Hatha and Vinyasa classes at Yoga Tree, and other locations in San Francisco and Oakland. He has been intensively studying and practicing Mahamudra and Five Elements meditation with Wisdom Sun since 2011.
