Building consensus or brainstorming ideas with groups, often with different agendas, can be challenging. This hands-on workshop teaches you how to effectively guide groups to the best solutions or outcomes. In the workshop you’ll practice facilitation skills using numerous exercises and activities—as well as using your own sample content or topic.
After the workshop you’ll have a deeper understanding of how people think, and have the skills and techniques to effectively facilitate group problem solving and collaboration. The principles and techniques covered apply to any type of facilitation, from simple consensus building meetings through to idea generation and brainstorming.
