We’ll explore some quintessential Americana baking this week, including Apple pie, an American staple despite its origins.

  • whoopie pies
  • cornbread
  • Mrs. Wakefield’s chocolate chip cookies
  • brownies
  • German chocolate cake
  • tuna and noodles
  • key lime pie
Campers will accomplish:
  • Learn how to bake/cook a wide variety of foods
  • Basic knife skills
  • Utilize a wide array of ingredients
  • Kitchen safety
