Class Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
When you purchase a seat in one of our public cooking classes, it is not refundable except if the class is canceled by the school.
- You have up to 4 business days before the class to withdraw and receive credit that must be applied to a new class within sixty (60) days.
- If you cancel within the 4 business days window or miss the class, no refund or credit will be given but you can have the class handout which includes the recipes.
- If you are unable to attend class, you may send someone in your place but you must notify us of the substitution prior to the class.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, chef illness or other unforeseen events; if we do so, you may elect a refund or bank your tuition to your account for a future class.
Special Cancellation Policy for Summer Cooking Camp
Payments are non-refundable but camper can transfer to another summer camp in the same season, if a seat is available, if notice is given no later than 11 business days before the scheduled camp. There is no refund or credit, full or partial, for camper illness or any other reason for non-attendance. Missed Class(es). We cannot offer partial refunds for days of camp or classes missed due to illness or other unforeseen changes in plans.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
