You'll master the techniques behind each course, from refined hors d'oeuvres to a perfectly cooked filet Wellington wrapped in puff pastry. Chef Dirk will also demonstrate how to present your table in the traditional style of a fine French dining experience. The evening concludes with a beautifully crafted seasonal dessert.

Chilled French Appetizers
A refined selection of traditional cold hors d'oeuvres.
Classic Chicken Consommé
A clear, flavorful broth served with thin zucchini strips and German-style egg noodles.
Filet Wellington With Seasonal Vegetables
Pork tenderloin wrapped in mushroom duxelles, prosciutto, and puff pastry, paired with carrots and haricots verts and finished with a Dijon mustard cream sauce.
Seasonal French Dessert
A rotating finale such as flambéed crêpes Suzette or gently poached pears.
