What you'll learn in this international cooking class:
Discover the art of cooking traditional Moroccan food in a tagine. The tagine, an earthenware pot with a conical lid, is at the heart of classic Moroccan cooking.
Chef Traci will guide you with hands-on instruction to cook Chicken Tagine with Apricots and Almonds. You'll learn how to make Ras El Hanout, the signature spice blend in Moroccan fare.
This meal is gluten-free by request.
Enjoy cooking in Chef Traci's state-of-the-art chef's kitchen. Dine in her 1910 arts & crafts dining room.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
