Description

Exquisite, sumptuous, and once you understand the steps, easy to prepare, truffle risotto is a dish that is sure to become part of your cooking repertoire.

The meal starts with antipasti, full of memories from Chef Daniel’s childhood in Argentina. We then prepare the main dish, using ingredients discovered by Chef Daniel that are actually available year round. We will also prepare a Mediterranean salad. The meal concludes with Chef Daniel’s crostata alle mandorle, a chocolate, almond and apricot tart.

On The Menu:

Truffle Risotto
Risotto with peas, carrots, chanterelles, parmigiano reggiano and truffles
Antipasto
Pesto and ricotta crostini, and lima beans with gremolata (memories from Chef Daniel’s childhood in Argentina)
Mediterranean Salad
Radicchio, cucumbers, macerated red onion, roasted bell peppers, ricotta and more
Crostata Alle Mandorle
Italian tart with apricot jam, chocolate and almonds

Refund Policy

Cancellations made 31 business days or more in advance of the class date will receive a 100% refund, minus processing fees.
Due to the amount of preparation necessary for each class (including purchasing & shipping ingredients) cancellations made within 22 – 31 business days prior to the class will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 22 business days of the class will not receive a refund.
