What you'll learn in this baking class:
This fun 2-hour workshop is all about learning the craft of making gluten-free cookie recipes are tasty, delicious and not overly sweet. Yes - that is all possible in this class. You will not expect that a healthier treat can be incredibly delectable.
Guests will learn to create two types of wheat-free cookies which will include a luscious, soft and chewy chocolate cookie and a melt-in-your-mouth shortbread.
Note:
The class will be located at a cafe. Recipes, tools and aprons will be provided. Wear light clothing as the kitchen space gets warm.
