What you'll learn in this crafts class:

This vibrant workshop includes techniques for working with hot wax. We combine multiple media techniques on a variety of surfaces, emphasizing unity of design, texture and color. We begin with watercolor, ink, any dry media and collage, and then build with encaustic, maybe adding in oil and pigment sticks. Other media combinations might include, charcoal or graphite. It is the layering processes that are critical.
