Lingling Chen, Jonah Sachs Austin Dannhaus

Lingling Chen is the Brand Manager at Nutiva, a sustainable organic superfoods company with a mission to revolutionize the way the world eats. Lingling leads innovation, go-to-market strategy and brand building initiatives to ensure Nutiva's mission comes to life. Prior to Nutiva, Lingling worked in global marketing, corporate strategy, and innovation at Rich Products, a global food service manufacturer. Beyond her day job, Lingling is the Founder of Food Innovation Circle, Bay Area's most active meetup community dedicated to exploring good food innovation. She also curates the Business for Good series at General Assembly, driven by her passion for social innovation, sustainability, and purpose-driven businesses. 

Lingling holds an MBA from the University of Rochester. She was recognized as 30 under 30 in Western New York in 2015.

Jonah Sachs is an internationally recognized storyteller, author, marketer, designer and entrepreneur. For the past 16 years, under Jonah’s leadership, Free Range Studios has brought key social issues to the attention of millions of people with renowned viral videos like The Meatrix and The Story of Stuff. The company has also delivered major brand storytelling and design projects for Autodesk, Microsoft, Greenpeace and the American Civil Liberties Union. Jonah’s best-selling book, Winning the Story Wars (2012, Harvard Business Review Press) draws on case studies from his own body of work, as well as some of the most successful brands of all time, to show how values-driven stories are not only revolutionizing marketing, but represent humanity’s greatest hope for the future. It was named one of the American Marketing Association's top marketing books of 2013. He is currently working on his second book, Unsafe Thinking, due out by early 2018.

Austin Dannhaus is the CEO at Free Range where he and his team lead change efforts at the intersection of innovation and storytelling. His work spans education, sustainability, and economic opportunity with a focus on helping social impact organizations imagine new opportunities and bring them to life. As a former educator, Austin is especially interested in the role that learning and development plays in amplifying innovation efforts.
