Teaches at Aerial Theory

In Lauren’s search for a unique form of fitness, she stumbled upon aerial arts and was immediately drawn into the circus world. She began her aerial and circus career at Air Temple Arts in Connecticut where she trained in aerial silks, duo aerial hoop, hammock and flexibility. 

She taught at Air Temple for three years and performed in Cirqularity’s productions of SPECIAL RELATIVITY: Circus through Space and Time where she performed group acrobatics and duo lyra, and Reverie in Black and White performing feature acts on duo lyra and aerial hammock.  

Currently, she focuses on contortion and aerial hammock, while also pursuing a degree in Wildlife Sciences.
