Jen Varela is the Founder of Sugar Night Night and is a certified Gentle Sleep Coach sm. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services with an emphasis in Counseling from California State University, Fullerton. Working with families in San Diego and Orange County she provides parents with personal instruction and the best techniques to promote great sleep habits for infants, toddlers and children; all the while keeping tears to a minimum.
