Joseph Kerns & Tim Kalimov

Joseph Kerns is a co-founder of Roundview, a recruiting start-up that helps companies pre-screen candidates. Prior to Roundview, Joe was at HGGC, a private equity fund based in Palo Alto, CA where he worked in the technology and consumer sectors. He also was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Co. in New York, where he did numerous projects in the financial services sector, co-led New York Business Analyst training, and did volunteer strategic work with a West Harlem middle school. He graduated from Harvard, where he did Mock Trial and Model UN the coolest clubs on campus.

Tim Kalimov is a founder of Roundview, a nascent recruiting start-up that helps companies pre-screen job candidates. Prior, Tim was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company where he worked with industrial clients around the world (occasionally even sneaking a business trip to his childhood home in Moscow!). When not doing client work, Tim led the learning program for Analysts and Associates in the Northeast. Tim graduated from Harvard University where he was able to finally put his booming voice to a productive use as a campus tour guide.
