Zach is a full time human and part-time yoga teacher who insists on seizing each day with love and gratitude in his hear.

He first found yoga after a motorcycle accident in Nicaragua in 2010 that required multiple surgeries in order to walk again. Through yoga, he was able to rehabilitate his mind, body, and spirit, and now he is most fulfilled sharing that knowledge with others.

Zach has traveled to 26 different countries, and is also a PADI Open Water Master Diver. In addition to teaching yoga, Zach produces music and teaches indoor cycling classes.
