Kristen Lucek

Teaches at The House of Yogi

Kristen is originally from Boston, MA and just moved to San Diego in January of 2015. She is Diploma certified by the National Personal Training Institute in Waltham, MA. She has been in the fitness industry her entire life. 

Being both an avid basketball and field hockey player throughout college, and always being active in life she understands and absolutely loves her past experience and applying it to the present day through fitness and being able to help people with their overall wellness. 

She has also been a Massage Therapist for nine years, as well as a Yoga Instructor for five years. Her passion and experience in training are circuit style strength training, deep core conditioning and creating and maintaining flexibility through her workouts. She is there to help push you through her workouts with support and motivation. 

When she is not in the studios training, she spends a lot of time with her adorable French bull dog, Monty, loves to go to the beach anytime she can, enjoys hiking, traveling and spending time with loved ones.
